Retained Search 

Our Retained, Executive Search recruitment service is ideal for senior-level positions and specialized roles that require a focused and strategic approach.

Our terms for retained search are 20% of 1st year base salary, with an up-front $10,000 down payment, credited from the final invoice.

Contingent Recruitment

Our contingent recruitment service is a flexible and cost-effective approach to finding top talent for your organization.

Our terms for contingent search are 25% of 1st year base salary (reduced to 20% if fully exclusive).
